Welcome House Got a Facelift

Welcome House Thrift Store has a new look!

The new face of Welcome House Thrift Store.

With much gratitude and a request for your prayers…

It is with great delight I say THANK YOU to ALL who have loved the Welcome House into being the invaluable resource it is today. There are far too many faithful folks to attempt to name individuals for their dedication to never, never, never giving up on the mission of Welcome House, and the dream of a maternity home.

The mission for today is as follows,

“To help at risk individuals and families, while we grow a fund to create a loving transitional home for pregnant and single mothers.”

A fresh coat of paint works wonders!

Volunteers apply a new coat of paint inside the Thrift Store.

Through employment and volunteer opportunities; the recycling of clothing, furniture and home goods; and with empathy, care, and support of mothers and their babies, Welcome House has become a one-of-a-kind resource for all people in Fergus Falls and the surrounding areas.

You may have heard Welcome House has been closed the month of January for what I will refer to as a ‘face lift.’ And now, as of February 2nd from 2 - 6pm, we will reopen our doors and invite all to come and see the makeover!

My ‘ask’ for you today is to consider joining the good people at Welcome House by praying for the future of the mission, donating gently used or new items, lending a hand by volunteering, or donating monies. Please contact myself, Gretchen Enoch, or any other one of the Welcome House Board Members, if you would like to meet to discuss how we can serve together while growing this tremendous resource within our community.

I lead a team that develops marketing communications strategies. We produce videos, design websites, and create digital media for forward-oriented nonprofit organizations and businesses.

Because video storytelling plays such a significant part of online marketing, I am heavily involved in video production, every day. Our prolific little agency is constantly involved in helping businesses, and especially nonprofits, tell their unique stories. In social media. On websites. With video. If you aren't using video to tell your organization's story and to grow your business, why not?
